Denise Ujvari joined KR Health & Social Care as Regional Director of Operations (Northern) Mental Health Services in June 2020, bringing 15 years' experience working in senior management positions in a number of Independent Healthcare organisations across the North West in both community based and secure hospital environments.Leading on business and service development, Denise has gained vast experience in the healthcare arena, working collaboratively with stakeholder across services to develop quality services and patient pathways to meet the needs of patients and commissioners alike. Areas of interest include - Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injury, Compliance and Service Design, Development, Transition and Improvements. Consultant Psychiatrist & Medical lead
Dr Vishy is the Medical Lead/Consultant for our specialist hospital services since Sep 2018. He has over 17 years of clinical experience and has worked across a diverse range of secure and non-secure services in the NHS and the Independent Sector. He has postgraduate qualifications in Forensic Psychiatry, Mental Health Law (with Commendation) and Clinical Neurology (Distinction). He has extensive experience of developing specialist mental health services and has published papers and presented at various conferences. He has received a number of awards including the Howard White Memorial Prize, Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Clinical audit prize and Certificates of High Commendation. Over the years, he has developed and delivered innovative training programmes for staff, one of which was a UK wide finalist in Service User awards. At Krinvest, Vishy advises the board on clinical and strategic matters, including developing services and achieving high standards of clinical practice and governance.
Consultant Psychiatrist & Responsible Clinician
Dr Hafsi is an experienced consultant psychiatrist with dual qualifications in General Adult Psychiatry and Old Age Psychiatry. She has extensive experience of working in the NHS as well as in the Independent Sector as a Consultant Psychiatrist. Dr Hafsi is a Clinical and Educational Supervisor registered with GMC, who is passionate about training and teaching. She has lectured at Liverpool University for 5 years covering the Post-Freudian RCPsych program for post graduates; facilitated the Balint Group for Core Trainees in Psychiatry and has also facilitated a senior Balint Group for peer Consultant Psychiatrists. Dr Hafsi enjoys continuing her psychoanalytical endeavours.
Sabita is a charted counselling psychologist registered under the BPS and HCPC with 10 years of clinical experience. She has worked with diverse client groups, with a variety of presenting issues within a range of settings including one- to -one psychological therapy, counselling group work, and hospital settings. Sabita uses a gentle therapeutic approach to create a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment enabling you to openly discuss your concerns. She works collaboratively with you to identify helpful ways to manage these difficulties and improve. She provides specialist clinical assessment, formulation and intervention for complex mental health difficulties, and promotes a psychological, recovery focussed perspectives. Sabita specialises in complex grief, multi-culture counselling and complex trauma. Sabita uses a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, EMDR and DBT tailored to your individual needs. She is committed to providing high quality psychological care and maintains her expertise and professionalism through ongoing clinical and supervision, and continuing professional development.
Penny holds degrees in both Psychology and Occupational Therapy and has experience in a variety of clinical settings, including adult and older people’s mental health, forensic and early intervention services and acquired brain injuries. She has a particular passion and interest in mental health, which was acknowledged in a previous post whereby she was awarded ‘Health and Social Professional of the Year’ for her commitment and hard work in developing an Occupational Therapy service. More recently she has worked as a clinical case manager, using her skills and knowledge to recruit, co-ordinate and oversee multi-disciplinary teams in order to deliver effective evidence-based rehabilitation programmes to individuals who have sustained traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. As an Occupational Therapist, Penny is an advocate of promoting individual’s independence and well-being through meaningful activity and uses a holistic approach, in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team, to facilitate person-centred recovery.
Mental Health Act Administrator
Victoria is our Mental Health Administrator with over 10 years of experience working alongside MDT, protecting patients’ rights, embedding processes and ensuring autonomy throughout. With a wide range of skills and experience Victoria is able to support and lead staff through periods of rapid change and facilitate new ways of working, best practice and compliance. Since joining Draper House Victoria has developed our electronic patient record system and has become an integral part of the team, delivering training for staff our Electronic Patient Record system which emphasises patient centred care and involvement, providing staff with the skills and knowledge of the system and contributing to the continued development of quality within the organisation.
